The use of Artificial Intelligence in Business

Hello bloggers I am back with my final blog ☹ , I know some of you will be really upset by that news! Today I’m talking about the use of AI in businesses in the modern day, so let’s begin: The use of AI has become increasingly popular and hot topic in terms of some concerns that can arise from it. However, many businesses are using AI to improve their business and make themselves more technologically advanced.           One of the ways in which businesses use AI is through chatbots. According to a Forbes Advisor survey, over 73% of businesses use or plan to use AI- powered chatbots for instant messaging. This can help build customer relationships as they could potentially have any problem, they have solved at any time of the day with 24-hour assistance. An example of a chat-based system would be ChatGPT which can give you answers to a statement you tell it to do, however it can’t make emotional decisions.           Another popul...

E-Commerce and Internet Technologies

Hello fellow bloggers, I'm back again and today I'll be talking about E-Commerce and Internet Technologies. Today I will be recommending 3 online platforms that particular businesses could integrate into a website to help grow their E-Commerce business! Lets get started:

For a New Gym

For a new gym the E-Commerce platform I would recommend would be Wix. Wix is a free (with the option of add-ons that can be paid for) platform which companies can build their own website on from scratch. A new gym could use Wix to design a professional looking website. I think Wix is a good choice for the gym as the gym is brand new and more than likely has no website, one of the requirements in the modern day is a website for any business. On the website the gym could have pictures of the gym, payment plans, facilities available etc. to get their new gyms name out there with a hand from Wix that would help the gym with its search engine optimization.

A New Clothing Boutique

For a new clothing boutique, the E-Commerce platform I would recommend is Square. Generally, with clothing boutiques they are small shops that are privately owned that only sell in smaller batches and not mass batches. Square is a financial technology company that helps small businesses and individuals with payment processing services and financial tools like invoicing and inventory management. I think Square can be helpful to a new clothing boutique as it gives the customers an option of paying with card and buying clothes online, which is an essential in the modern day, and also can help with the shops inventory management and has an easy to use website linked to all their activities.

A Café

For a café I believe the SumUp platform would be helpful. SumUp is a system which allows the café to accept all sorts of payment options, chip, swipe and contactless. The system is linked to a mobile app which you simply type in the amount you want to charge and it transfers to the SumUp machine. This can be helpful, as said before, in the modern day it is essential to accept card payment types and this system allows a café to accept card transactions easily.

That’s all for this week, I’ll be back again next week with another blog. Be sure to share and comment any ideas you may have about other systems that could be used!
